A tasteful and thoughtful house with lots of CHARACTER.
This house is a result of dedicated work of three CREATIVE PEOPLE including the client himself , the then DGP of MP Police Mr. Jugran, and his artist friend Mr. Bhatti and Vikram Saxena.
Mr. Jugran’s insistence for a colonial house like those existed in hills of Dehradun (his Native Place) and of course in his dreams. The challenge it self was to satisfy this very demanding client.
The composite masonary was of raw Granite from Shivpuri Dist. M.P.,The slates were from Himanchal Pradesh and the Beautifully carved pillar from Jaipur. Grills were made by Aadiwasi of BASTAR with their traditional pitwa loha.
The profound artistic touch that exibhits it self is gift of Mr. Bhatti.

This group housing project was first major project at Chuna Bhatti. It consists of two blocks of MIG and HIG flats [44 Nos.] with stilt parking and 12 Nos of Duplexes. Entire campus has plenty of green areas and congenial ambiance.
